1940s WWII US NAVY CHELSEA CLOCK CO. BOSTON DECK SHIPS CLOCK BLACK DIAL

For sale a vintage 1940s WWII US Navy deck ships clock. It is made by and marked, Chelsea Clock Co. Boston. Well know clock makers. It was manufactured for the Navy Ships, It has the original glass face, that unscrews for winding. The face is 6" in diameter, in the case it is 8 1/2" in diameter. The depth is 2 3/4". It is marked on the face, U.S. Navy serial #?   their is no number on the front. Also has the Chelsea Clock Co. Boston on the face in white. It has the original hour, minute hands, also the crescent shaped moon second hand. It did work for so many years, I can not find the key. I moved the minute hand it started right up keeping time. Their is a crack in the bottom area of face, see photo. Noted. between the numbers 7 & 6. I am not a clock expert, so selling as is. A nice early rare Chelsea Navy clock to add to your collection. Like all antiques and vintage items, nothing is perfect. I list all that I can see. Selling as is.
